For Spot Cleaning Stains

Dampen a clean, white cloth with cool water and a tiny drop of mild dish detergent. Wring it out thoroughly. Gently blot at the stain; do not rub roughly as rubbing can stretch or distort the flat weave of the roller fabric. Follow up immediately with a cloth dampened with plain water to rinse, then let the panel air dry completely while fully lowered.

Critical Motor & Headrail Care

Never spray any liquid cleaner, water, or steam directly onto the window treatment. When wiping down the fabric sheet, keep all moisture completely away from the top headrail area where the smart motor and WiFi antenna are safely house. Clean the exterior metal frame with a dry cloth only.

Additional Tips

Regular dusting prevents debris from gathering on the internal rotating barrel. Always verify that the fabric panel is 100% dry before restoring power and operating the motorized system.
