Before Cleaning: Safety First

For Routine Dusting

Use the soft brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner. Gently run it over the dual-layer fabric on a low suction setting to lift away surface dust. A clean, dry microfiber duster also works exceptionally well for quick weekly maintenance.

For Spot Cleaning Stains

Dampen a soft, white cloth with cool water and a single drop of mild dish soap. Wring it out thoroughly so it is not dripping. Gently dab at the stain; do not rub harshly as rubbing can alter the fabric texture. Follow immediately with a cloth dampened with plain water to rinse away soap residue, then allow the shade to air dry completely.

Critical Motor & Headrail Care

Never spray any liquid cleaner, water, or steam directly onto the window covering. When wiping down the fabric, avoid getting any moisture near the top headrail where the smart motor and WiFi sensor are safely housed. Wipe the exterior metal profile only with a dry cloth.

Additional Tips

Regular cleaning stops dust particles from building up between the moving fabric layers. Always make sure the sheer and solid bands are 100% dry before you turn the power back on and operate the system.
