After your order is placed, our team will send you an Order Confirmation Email to verify the key details of your purchase, including:

- Measurements / size
- Light filtering or blackout option
- Style / configuration
- Other customization options
Please review this information carefully and confirm the details within 24 hours.
If everything looks correct, simply reply to the email to confirm your order.
24-Hour Confirmation Window
If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the order will be automatically considered confirmed, and production will begin.
Because our shades are custom-made, once production starts, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.
